Boity Thulo also known as Boitumelo Thulo was born on 28th April 1990 in Potchefstroom in North West province of South Africa. She is an actress, Model and TV Presenter. She is popularly known for her role as Mpho Bogatsu on Mzansi Magic’s Rockville and presenting e.tv’s music show, Club 808.

In 2010, she made a guest appearance as Lindi on e.tv’s drama series, 4play: Sex Tips for Girls.

In 2013 she was a cast on Rockville, as Mpho Bogatsu, a drama series that aired on Mzansi Magic.


In June 2014 she was part of e.tv’s documentary reality series, Rolling with: Celeb Edition.

In July 2014 she took part in the seventh season of ‘Strictly Come Dancing South Africa’and partnered with professional dancer Ryan Hammond.

In 2014 she guest starred on SABC 1’s sitcom, Ses’ Top La.

She starred in the second season of e.tv’s Reality Check alongside choreographer Somizi Mhlongo and musician Bongani Fassie.
