The family of the slain Hip-Hop artist AKA, whose real name is Kiernan Forbes, confirmed on Tuesday that AKA will be laid to rest on Saturday. And also the memorial service will be held on the 17th of February. The family did indicate that the memorial service of Hip-Hop artist AKA will be streamed online. Many South African people knows that Kiernan Forbes was shot dead on Friday night. And his death has shattered many South African people.

In the meanwhile, another well-known South African Hip-Hop artist, Cassper Nyovest has since indicated that he will not be able to attend a memorial service and as well as a funeral of slain Hip-Hop artist, AKA. The reason why Cassper Nyovest won't be able to attend both memorial and funeral of AKA, is because; he will be out of the country for work.

Cassper Nyovest taking it to social media platforms, particularly Twitter, said, "Unfortunately, I'll be out of the country for work but if I was around, I would've gone. I would've gone to the funeral too. No matter how you look at it, me and Kiernan shared a lot of great moments together and he contributed to my industry so I have to pay my respects"
