Mihlali Ndamase has affirmed that she is uncomfortable with Twitter users continually insinuating that she is expecting, as the posts are triggering for her.
Mihlali Ndamase took to Twitter on Tuesday, 29 June 2021, to make it clear that she does not appreciate the continuous suggestions and insinuations perpetuated by her followers that she might be pregnant. This was after a Twitter user and fan of the social media personality posted pregnancy manifestation emojis in response to Ndamase claiming to be nauseated.

Ndamase replied to the post by asking that her followers refrain from making such comments. Moreover, Ndamase did not take the affront personally and forgave the comment, after the Twitter user apologised as it was not in malice. Highlighting the contention of the post, Ndamase explained that the post can be triggering, should she not be able to conceive. As the matter is not in the public domain, continuous reference to her reproductive system is stress-inducing.
