Rea Gopane Responds After Bonang Matheba Sued Him For R500k. Of recent our celebrities have been making headlines for controversial issues. The likes of Black Coffee, Enhle Mbali, Lebo Mashile, AKA, Prince Kaybee, trended for al the wrong reasons on social media.

Opening up the trends for this week is , Bonang Matheba who is on a mission to take a YouTube content creator to the cleaners. A few weeks ago, Rea Gopane made news after boldly saying on his podcast that Bonang introduced his ex boyfriend AKA to drugs. This conversation came after AKA’s fiance’s passing.

There was a rumor going around, regarding Nelli’s death, where people kept saying the death was related to substance abuse. The rumor also continued to say Bonang was the one who introduced AKA to those substances.

The media personality lawyers then made contact with Rea, and asked him to retract what he had said. He didn’t do so, and today Bonang decided to serve him with the letter. In the letter, it is stated that Rea has to apologize in all his social media platforms, and also pay Bonang an amount of R500 000 within 10 days.
