Justin reportedly popped the question over the weekend in a restaurant. Hailey was apparently taken off guard, her face was in shock, but they were both evidently so in love.
Justin reportedly made arrangements for the ring when they were in NYC and knew that he wanted to propose to her.

I promise to lead our family with honour and integrity letting Jesus through his Holy Spirit guide us in everything we do and every decision we make.
