Black Twitter Reacts To Baleka Mbete’s Double Kiss On Cyril Ramaphosa!

#PresidentElection #PresidentRamaphosa #SONA2018 After Ramaphosa was announced the new President of the Republik, outgoing Speaker of the National Assembly Baleka Mbete planted a double kiss on Cyril’s cheek.

Mbete then proceeded to rub her lipstick off. She also playfully tapped his face with her finger. Whilst Ramaphosa himself laughed it off, black twitter had a lot to say about the awkward moment in parliament.
