Those who know her, they say she’s been searching for Mr. Right and it looks like she’s found one. According to reports found on Daily Sun, the DJ is allegedly in a new relationship with a Nambian businessman Collin Venaani.
Insiders claim that Zihle has been seeing Collin just after she separated from Brendon Naidoo last year.
Collin, who is Babalwa Mneno’s ex, is a real estate businessman and has managed to build a name for himself in a mostly white dominated industry collecting millions along the way.
According to Sunday Sun’s sources, a source said the pair were spotted partying up a storm at Taboo nightclub in Sandton three weeks ago.
“To add insult to injury, the new flames did nothing but irritate Babalwa the whole night. They were all over each other like ink on paper. It was quite the sight, if you weren’t Babalwa, that is,” – an informant said.
A second source said Collin, first introduced to the Mzansi scene by Babalwa, has been a good boyfriend to DJ Zinhle.
“He showers her with extravagant gifts and treats her like a queen, along with her daughter.”
However, another source said Collin was nothing but a guy who liked dating famous South African girls to brag about back at in Namibia.
Claimed the source: “He already has a fortune and is now looking for fame. The celebrity culture is huge in Namibia, so if you are associated with a famous person, you become cool there.”
Another source said Collin had been flying in and out of Jozi to check up on his new lady – in headphones.
The source said Collin was a good distraction for DJ Zinhle, who had recently broken up with her long-term lover, Brendon.
According to the source, Zinhle called her relationship off with Brendon after too many attempts at trying to make it work.
“Zinhle is a stable girl, when she loves, she loves hard and loyally. She was hoping that things would work out for the better for them but, unfortunately, they did not,” – a source said.
The source said DJ Zinhle had even risked her brand to stand by Brendon following his arrest for fraud last year.
“I don’t think there is bad blood between them, but that chapter is closed for now.”
Sunday Sun two years ago reported that Collin was dating Babalwa before they broke up and he allegedly hit it off with Metro FM DJ, Lerato Kganyago, the co-host of The Bridge show.
