US President Donald Trump’s Twitter account was disabled by a Twitter customer service employee on their last day at the company.
Trump’s Twitter account was deactivated on 2 November, but was reactivated 11 minutes later.
The company initially said Trump’s account was “inadvertently deactivated due to human error by a Twitter employee”.
“We are continuing to investigate and are taking steps to prevent this from happening again,” said Twitter.
It later announced it was done by a Twitter customer support employee on their last day.
“We are conducting a full internal review,” said Twitter.
