Her character was killed due to the contract agreements not because of her controversial steamy scenes with Mazwi as many believe.
The actress says she knew it was coming but still gave her best till the end. “I knew my character would be killed off after two months, I was sad about it but I knew that my character would die and I made sure that I gave it my all, even in the last scene,” she said.
On experiencing hate on social media because of her role, the actress says she’s human and it hurts sometimes.
“People are mean on social media and often forget that we are humans too and we hurt, playing Thabi made me realize how strong I actually am as a person.”
