AKA won’t perform for a small crowd

Rapper and hit maker AKA says that as far as his contract goes he will not perform for less than 500 people. AKA revealed that this was the reason he pulled out of this past weekend’s Mzansi Hip-Hop Festival. Here are AKA’s tweets about why he didn’t perform at the festival;

We negotiated with the organizer to come back to the event after our show at Nasrec if the gig filled up. We never got the call. So yah.

The problem is that if I get on a stage with an empty crowd …. y’all gonna call it “AKA’s show” …. when it’s simply a booking.
