THE QUEEN actor Sthembiso “SK” Khoza is allegedly caught in the middle of a catfight between his fiancee Morna Phatudi and his baby mama Lee-Anne Makopo. This after rumours that SK’s fiancee Morna is up in arms with Lee-Anne over papgeld money, which its said the actor has failed to pay.
SK plays Shaka in the Mzansi Magic telenovela. As if the drama was not enough between the two ladies, the war of words allegedly escalated to social media – where both women hung their dirty laundry for all to see.
Sources close to the situation claim Lee-Anne was gatvol with excuses from SK about papgeld for their two-year-old son. “Sthembiso has been telling Lee-Anne he wasn’t paid on time by the Ferguson Films company. “SK has been ignoring Lee-Anne’s calls and making all sorts of excuses. Morna entered the fray, claiming Lee-Anne should stop asking SK for money,” the source said.
Another showbiz insider said that after an exchange of harsh words with Morna, Lee-Anne was considering taking SK to court for maintenance.
When asked for a comment, SK denied claims that he and Lee-Anne were fighting over papgeld. “There’s no truth in all of that,” he said. “I don’t know where you’re getting all that information. As far as I’m concerned, Morna and Lee-Anne are not on speaking terms.”
For her part, Lee-Anne said: “Sthe and I have a son together. He will continue supporting him as he has since the day he was born.” But the source said: “If you know Lee-Anne, you’d know that she may take Sthembiso to court.
“She wants to stop communicating with him and prove to Morna she’s happy with Siyabonga Zulu, the Platinum Stars defender. She’s moved on. And Sthembiso is broke.”
When asked for comment, Morna sent the People’s Paper a strongly worded personal email denying the allegation.
But she said the email was not for public consumption.
