#DateMyFamily viewers debate the burning question: Is it right to be single for 4 years?

24-year-old Date My Family bachelor Lakhanyo split Twitter into opposing camps when he declared that he hadn't been in a relationship for four years!

Lakhanyo sparked sharp debate both on and off screen on Sunday when he declared that he was ready to end a four-year relationship break to find the love of his life.

And even though a four-year "dry spell" might not seem such a big deal, some fans went crazy at the thought and concluded that he must be lying... or just have bad chest hair.
