Zahara has been publicly criticized for her style sense and if it seems like she doesn’t care, it might be because she’s not new to being judged over her looks. Zahara opens up about being called ugly growing up.
In a recent interview with Drum Mag, the singer opened up about always feeling like an outcast when she was growing up. “I was made fun of for my crooked teeth and they told me my voice was too big and that I was too masculine,” she told the mag.
Of course things have changed now, Zahara has completely transformed herself into a hottie and she owns it too. “I take care of myself now and the way I look is important to me. I work out more, I eat well and I take care of my image,” she said.
