RECORD label Mabala Noise’s woes seem to be far from over.
Sunday Sun sources claim Major League DJz is on their way out of the stable.
Major League DJz is made of twin brothers Bandile and Banele Mbere. They signed under Mabala last year.
But after reports that Riky Rick left the stable earlier this week, sources claim the two decided to hit the road too.
Banele, however, slammed these rumours by saying that they were still part of Mabala Noise. A source close to the twins alleged the DJs were roped in by their best friend, Riky Rick.
One source said: “The label wasn’t looking to sign Major League, their eyes were on Anatii and Cassper Nyovest. That’s why they aren’t marketing any of their singles.
“The label doesn’t see value in them on the music side, but only on their massive events.”
Another source claimed: “Major League are worried Mabala’s admin behave as if they are musicians or stars.
“They’re forever posting pics of booze and cigars in clubs, forgetting their work, which is to attend to the label’s needs.”
A third source said: “It’s not Zola alone who didn’t sign, even Pro (Kid) as well.
“There’s no word on him about his sudden disap-pearance from the label.
“Something sinister is happening, which will result in some of the musicians hitting the road.”
Mabala Noise spokesperson, Mhlo Gumede, said: “As far as we know, they’re still part of Mabala.”
