Her song Lion of Judah was one of 2016’s biggest hits, proving that gospel music can surpass any critic and crossover and even compete with genres like kwaito, house and hip hop for Song of the year at the Metro FM Awards.
Unlike many people who have had to kiss many frogs to meet their prince charming, that wasn’t the case with gospel singer Lebo Sekgobela, her husband was her first kiss and after him she never had to kiss anyone else.
“My husband is my first boyfriend, first kiss and everything else,” Lebo reveals in True Love magazine April issue.
Lebo says before her husband Lucky she hadn’t dated. The pair got married in 1997 and they have three kids.
“He’s (Lucky) caring and spoils me to bits,” Lebo tells the magazine.
The star says even 20 years on they are still crazy in love and behave like a young couple.
