After a decade-long break from music, Queen Sesoko will be sharing a stage with award-winning gospel singer Israel Mosehla at an album launch and DVD shoot in Vanderbijlpark on 25 March.
“I am nervous and excited to be back after so long. It’s a new sound and I hope people will embrace me”, she tells DRUM.
Queen, who is affectionately known as Iyaya from kwaito group Abashante, says she is launching a book and music album titled The Atmosphere of His Presence.
Mother to Arthur Mafokate’s daughter Owami, Queen says she has ventured into gospel music.
Queen took a break from the entertainment to focus on her spiritual journey, as she’s been serving her church and building a strong relationship with God.
