Congrats to Boity who is set to make her small screen comeback as she joins Rhythm City cast. Boity is already part of the e.tv family as host of the music show Club 808. Boity bags a new acting role on Rhythm City.
Boity will play a character named Luscious Lu, a feisty radio presenter who takes her job very seriously. “I’ve always played sweet, innocent characters that people assume I am. This character is going to allow me to show people that I also have a bitchy side, just like everyone else,” she said on her new character.

“I’ve never worked with a lot of the actors on Rhythm City so this is going to be a whole new space for me. I also feel like I haven’t acted in a while so I have to work extra hard to be ultra-prepared.”
