Win a trip to Greece Competition
- The Win a trip to Greece Competition runs from 3 November 2016 to 2 December 2016.
- The Promoters of the Competition are Spree and Travelstart.
- The Competition is open to SA residents who are over 18 years of age and in possession of a valid passport, but excludes directors, employees or agents of Travelstart and Spree and their immediate families and Spree’s advertising or PR agencies and their immediate families.
- To enter the Competition, entrants must submit their details as requested on the Competition form provided here.
- By entering the competition, entrants are automatically agreeing to sign up to marketing communication from both TravelStart and Spree.co.za, and must stay subscribed until the dates they are travelling to Greece.
- All entrants who shop on Spree during the competition period will be eligible for an extra entry into the Competition where each order placed equates to one extra entry into the Competition.
- The winner will be randomly selected by 9 December 2016 and contacted by Spree on the email address submitted during entering the competition.
- Judges decision is final, cannot be disputed and no correspondence will be entered into.
- 7 Nights stay with Breakfast included, at a 4* Hotel / Resort accommodation in Santorini, Greece. The resort will be selected by Travelstart on confirmation of desired travel dates by the winner.
- Travel Prize must be utilised before September 2017.
- The winner must contact Travelstart before 1 January 2017 with their desired travel dates.
- Includes two return flights – economy class ex Johannesburg, Cape Town or Durban.
- Return airport transfers included.
- Prize includes a R20 000 shopping voucher valid on Spree.co.za and must be used before September 2017.
- Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Spree will contact the winner via email on 9 December 2016. If a winner cannot be contacted after 3 attempts or if sufficient identity verification is not provided before 16 December 2016, Spree reserves the right to draw a replacement winner.
- Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The Promoters reserve the right, should the need arise, to vary elements of the competition and prize, if deemed absolutely necessary. In such an event the variation will be communicated to the winners.
- Should the Promoters be unable, for any reason whatsoever, to supply the specified prizes, the Promoters reserve the right to substitute the advertised prize (or any element(s) of the advertised prize) for an equivalent value prize.
- If the Promoters suspect foul play by any participant they are entitled to disqualify the participant with immediate effect. The Promoters' decision regarding this matter is final and no correspondence on this matter will be entertained.
- Winners agree that Spree may publish their name on Spree.co.za and Travelstart.co.za marketing platforms including the website, newsletter and social media accounts. We may request the winners to participate in marketing activities but the winners may decline such invitation.
