Media darling Minnie Dlamini hanged up her jersey as Soccer Zone presenter
After co-hosting Soccer Zone on SABC 1 with Thomas Mlambo for four years, Minnie felt it was time for hang her jersey and pursue other business ventures.
“I have resigned from SABC Sport to focus on my other business ventures. I have loved my time with the SABC Sports family and will miss them dearly. It pains me to realize that I won’t be seeing my Thom Thom (Thomas Mlambo) and Dr Mnandi every Monday as they have become family,” said .
Minnie went on to say that she has not left the entertainment industry but there will be other opportunities.
“I need to grow and explore various opportunities in entertainment and business.”
A few months ago Minnie told DRUM she would be collaborating with a swim wear line and releasing her range of swim suits.
Minnie will be presenting Tropika Island of Treasure Seychelles in March 2017 on SABC3.
