The television and radio personality poured her heart out on how the industry has impacted her
On Tuesday, Lerato took to SnapChat to speak about the industry and how its caused her to change to what she calls “being a man at heart”.
“Working in a male-dominated industry and working with men, I’ve learnt to be a man at heart. These people can be savages and unnecessary,” the Metro FM DJ said.
Earlier in the year she was reported to have said that women in the industry tend to work 10 times harder as compared to their male counter parts.
“I’m a hard nut to crack. As a female in the industry, you have to work 10 times harder, and it takes a lot for people to take you seriously,” she said.
