Students attack security guards – What the #FeesMustFall protests really look like

A local photographer has captured up-close images of #FeesMustFall protests this week, showing students violently attacking security guards.

“It was terrible to see violence erupt on UCT Campus,” said the photographer.

“At no stage during the initiation of this altercation did private security provoke students. What followed was a few minutes of chaos.”

Multiple university students have been arrested this week following unlawful actions during protests.
