Massy Arias is single-handedly redefining what is possible for pregnant women who want to stay fit. This 27-year-old fitness trainer and model is 18 weeks pregnant, but you would never guess it from her Instagram pics: Arias has maintained a perfect six-pack and a ripped body that most non-pregnant women would kill for.

What’s her secret? Arias, who hails from the Dominican Republic, has an incredible work ethic and does not let her pregnancy get in the way of staying fit and healthy. She even suffers from a rare blood disorder that can lead to anemia, but that hasn’t stopped her from achieving her goals.
