Last night celebrities were at the launch of the BET A-list, a new show in Joburg.
I will be choosing who was the best and worst dressed amongst these six celebrities at last night gala dinner and why, up first is:
1. Nandi Madida: The Mommy to be wore a bright orange Satin material gown. The colour and the maternity dress looked really good on her, however because of her very petite frame the dress looked very heavy at the bottom and it looks like she’s drowning in it. Her hairstyle is also a different look from what we are use to from Nandi, I’m not really a fan of it.

2. Black Coffee and Enhle Mbali: This couple always slays for me, however this time not so much. Black coffee outfit never really grabbed my attention, and I don’t think this is something that should be worn to a gala dinner. His wife Enhle on the other hand looks really nice in her structured tailored gold Satin suit. Her hairstyle is also one of my favourites of the evening.

3. Riky Rick: This man really needs to be signed up to be the Gucci Brand Ambassador of South Africa. He really loves his Gucci. Okay, the top half of this outfit is really smart, I really like the school boy look, However the bottom half he might have taken the school boy look a bit way too far.

4. Ayanda Thabethe: This woman is going to be my raising style star in SA. She looks absolutely gorgeous in this sage green princess like dress. I like the detail on the dress, the look like butterflies or flowers. One negative critic, the bust area especially by the underarms looks a bit big for her.

5. Bonang Matheba: SA’s number one style star looks lavishing in this dress. She’s on trend wearing the silky slip dress, it looks very nice. Her look reminds me of a sexy bedroom night gown and it’s definitely something we’ve seen Rihanna wear. This look is very nice for me because it’s different from what we’re use to from Bonang. Change is good.

6. Cassper Nyovest: Local Rapper Cassper does not know how to dress for me. I have never been impressed by his style choices. This is too plain jane for a Gala dinner .
