South Africans bid farewell to kwaito legend Mandozo as the funeral proceedings take place at Grace Bible church, Pimville, Soweto.
The funeral service commenced at 8 am and Programme Director for the service, Poet Mzwakhe Mbuli requested for Mandoza's hit "Nkalakatha" be played to remind the attendees who they are at the funeral for.
SABC Choir, as well as Imbizo choir, which Mandoza's wife Mpho is part of perfomed at the service.
Mpho's father, Mr Mphuthi thanked the Tshabalala family for giving them a son (Mandoza) and said "today I am wearing the very same suit I wore at Mpho and Mandoza's wedding"

Mandoza's son, Tokollo spoke of his father's fashion sense, how he influenced his father when it comes to looking the part".

Mduduzi (Mandoza) Tshabalala leaves behind his wife (Mpho) four kids, Tokollo, Thapelo, another Tumelo and Karabo.
Mandoza will be laid to rest at West Park cemetery at 11 am.
