Mmusi Maimane SA youngest voted for Mandela in 1994 only 14 Years Old

DA leader Mmusi Maimane claims he vote for former president Nelson Mandela, but he only was born in 1980 - making him too young to vote when Mandela ran for president.

If you do the math, he would have been 14 at the time. So how could he have voted?
