When producer and composer Lebohang “Lebo M” Morake and his his ex-fiancée and baby mama Zoe Mthiyane broke up recently it all seemed like it was a messy affair. The two threw shade at each other on social media after the announcement of the split.
From all the stuff that was going around you could tell that the couple’s split was messy. There were allegations from Lebo’s side that the split was caused my a prenuptial contract. And now after having thrown her own shade at Lebo, Zoe says she is letting him be.
Zoe opened up to True Love Magazine July issue about where she is now in her life. “”I feel Lebo used the press release to deflect attention away from himself and to prevent being asked why his relationships never last. I even got a call from the Minister of Small Business Development, Lindiwe Zulu, asking me why I was in the papers. She advised me to rise above Lebo’s tactics and focus on myself”, Zoe tells the magazine.
She adds the talk with the Minister helped her to deal with what was happening and not retaliate.
‘”I’m letting him do as he pleases, even though it’s tarnishing my reputation. I don’t want to go on a smear campaign against him; he’s the father of my child, and I still respect him,”she explains.
Lebo and Zoe were engaged for a couple of years and have a child together.
