Actor Thapelo Mokoena has bagged a new role on SABC 3 drama series High Rollers and is set to make his debut on the show later this year.
The broadcaster revealed the exciting news through a statement released on Monday morning.
Thapelo is set to play the character of Jakes Xaba who can be described as charming‚ articulate and suave.
High Rollers producers say they are excited to have Thapelo on board.
“We’re excited to be able to add Thapelo to an already-strong cast on the show. His character is one of those who viewers will follow religiously because you never know what he’s going to do next‚” said executive producer Meren Reddy.
Thapelo will make his debut on the show in August.
