Kwesta has said that when it came to his Cassper Nyovest and AKA collaboration, it was strictly business.

In an interview with ZAlebs, rapper Kwesta mentioned that he distanced himself from the ongoing beef between two of the most successful rappers in the country, AKA and Cassper Nyovest.
Kwesta made it clear that at the end of the day, it is all about business and nothing else. He did not plot the collaborations as marketing schemes to get more buzz.
“At the end of the day I didn’t work with Cassper the guy who’s beefing with AKA. I worked with Cassper the artist and I worked with AKA the artist I’m not involved in whatever is going on," he said.
"This is rap, dog, it’s a sport it’s a challenge ego’s will clash, people will not get along.”
