Art almost imitated life for sultry Skeem Saam actress Makgofe Moagi.

Moagi, who plays Charity in the soapie, alleged in her application for an interim court order at the Randburg Magistrate's Court that her baby papa emotionally, psychologically and physically abused her and her mother.
Moagi was not interested in discussing the matter with Sunday World.
"I can't comment on the matter because I don't talk about my private life in the media," she said.
The baby papa also refused to comment.
"The country is burning. There is xenophobic violence and electricity shortage and all you want to write about is my personal life with my wife. I can tell you that the application was not made by her but by somebody else.
"Even in court she argued differently," he said, before hanging up.
The source, who saw the application, said that Moagi stated that the baby daddy, with whom she broke up several years ago, wanted to destroy her current marriage because he constantly SMSed and phoned her at night against her will.
She also alleged that the man also abused her mother who is suffering from high blood pressure and heart disease.
"She says her mother keeps on going to a doctor for medication because her high blood pressure has gone up as a result of his insults and abuse to her. She fears that this will affect her mother badly as she has heart problems," said the source.
She also wanted him to stop seeing their child whom she feared he would kidnap after confiscating the child's passport.
Moagi's real-life drama almost resembles the character she plays in the series.
In the SABC1 education drama, Charity's fiancé Marothi Maphuthuma played by Macks Papo abused her and her mother "Koko" played by Lydia Mokgokoloshi.
Maputhuma's case was thrown out of court due to insufficient evidence.
Moagi's domestic violence case was withdrawn on Wednesday after a mediation with the man's lawyers.
