A South African student based in the UK last night accused Manchester City striker Wilfried Bony of fathering her child then dumping her.
Courtney Ngobe, 23, claims she had a fling with the £28 million dad of two which ended when he discovered she was pregnant.
It is understood Ivory Coast star Bony, 27, denies being the father and has vowed to take a paternity test.
But Courtney yesterday posted an ultrasound scan of her unborn baby on Instagram with the words: “Our gift from God. A blessing sent from heaven. Created with a purpose, and part of God’s perfect plan.”
She included a link to the footballer’s own Instagram account handle, “W.Bony”.
Eight months pregnant Courtney, from London, also posted a video of her bump, captioned: “My innocent angel, so curious and busy. Mama can’t wait to meet you.”
Her sister Nicole Ngobe, 24, a VIP executive host also living in the capital, claimed yesterday that Bony pursued Courtney via social media last summer.
She told The Sun: “Bony chased my sister over Instagram.
“She had no idea. She’s a 23-year-old girl and she’s naïve, but she fell for him.
“He has demanded a paternity test and when she agreed to give one before the birth he said no he’ll wait until after.”
Bony yesterday bizarrely posted a video of a man being robbed by a thief pretending to be a beggar.
He captioned it: “When you try to help people and you get this”, but later deleted it and made his account private.
The striker forged his career in Europe before proving a massive hit at Swansea City, where fans dubbed him Daddy Cool after the 1976 Boney M hit.
He became the joint-most expensive African player when he moved to Man City for £28 million last year but has struggled with injuries.
The family man lives in a rented £10,000-a-month mansion on the outskirts of Manchester with his partner and two sons, Jeffrey, ten, and Orphee, nine — regularly posting pictures of his kids to his 183,000 followers.
He also engages in local community projects for his club and gives money to deprived children back in Africa.
His spokesman said last night: “Mr Bony has been made aware of various social media posts which are both upsetting and distressing for him and his family.
“Mr Bony asks that his privacy and his family’s privacy be respected at this time.”
