Here’s some exciting news for The Soil fans – after the group’s auditions in search for a female vocalist to replace Buhle Mda they have finally selected Theo Matshoba as their new member.
The 20-year-old singer, Theo is from Dobsonville, Soweto and she is studying Psychology at University of Johannesburg.
“More than anything, I am shocked because the ladies there were really talented. Buhle’s shoes are really huge to fill but I am not trying to be her, I just want to make her and the group proud”, said Theo.
Theo has joined The Soil’s male focalist namely Luphindo Ngxanga and Ntsika Fana Ngxanga.
