3. Halasana is known as Plough Pose
Halasana or Plough pose is an inverted asana in hatha yoga and modern yoga as exercise. Its variations include Karnapidasana with the knees by the ears, and Supta Konasana with the feet wide apart.
4. Matsyasanais known as Fish Pose
Matsyasana or Fish Pose is a reclining back-bending asana in hatha yoga and modern yoga as exercise. It is commonly considered a counterasana to Sarvangasana, or shoulder stand, specifically within the context of the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Primary Series.
5. Paschimottanasana is known as Sitting Forward Bend
Paschimottanasana Seated Forward Bend, or Intense Dorsal Stretch is an asana in hatha yoga and modern yoga as exercise.
6. Bhujangasana is known as Cobra Pose
Bhujangasana or Cobra Pose is a reclining back-bending asana in hatha yoga and modern yoga as exercise. It is commonly performed in a cycle of asanas in Surya Namaskar as an alternative to Urdhva Mukha Svanasana.
7. Salabhasana is known as Locust Pose
Salabhasana, Shalabhasana, Locust pose, or Grasshopper pose is a reclining back-bending asana in modern yoga as exercise.
8. Dhanurasana is known as Bow Pose
Dhanurasana, Bow pose, is a backbending asana in hatha yoga and modern yoga as exercise.
9. Arthamatsyendrasana is known as Half Spinal Twist
Ardha Matsyendrasana, Half Lord of the Fishes Pose, Half Spinal Twist Pose or Vakrasana is an asana. Sanskrit: अर्धमत्स्येन्द्रासन; Ardha – Half, Matsyendra – King of the fish, Asana – Pose; Pronounced As: ARE-dah MAT-see-en-DRAHS-anna. This asana is named after the yogi Matsyendranath
10. Kakasana is known as Crow Pose

11. Padahastasana is known as Standing Forward Bend
Uttanasana or Standing Forward Bend, with variants such as Padahastasana where the toes are grasped, is a standing forward bending asana in modern yoga as exercise.
12. Trikonasana is known as Triangle Pose
Trikonasana or Utthita Trikonasana, [Extended] Triangle Pose is a standing asana in modern yoga as exercise. Variations include Baddha Trikonasana and Parivrtta Trikonasana.
