Manchester City will help fans who already have the club's current logo as tattoo removed from their body free of charge after it was decided that the clubs current logo will be ditched for a new one.
According to Manchester Evening News, it followed a consultation in which they say the “overwhelming majority” of fans expressed their desire to change to a new, round-shaped badge.
Many fans though did express their dismay, including the many who have the current crest, containing the Eagle and three stars permanently inked on their body. However the club is now believed to be looking into the possibility of offering laser surgery, or other measures, for those who may wish to have them removed or amended.
