ON Isibaya, he’s a sweet young taxi driver.

AND CUT A MAN’S FACE WITH A GLASS!
This serious allegation came from eyewitnesses who said they saw Mduduzi Gumede – who plays Ntandane in the soapie – shove a glass into another man’s face.
Khutso Madubanya claims it happened after the iRock Festival in Rustenburg last week, as he was about to catch a bus back to Jozi.
“I was almost at the bus when the incident happened,” said Khutso.
“I don’t remember what we were talking about, but I felt a huge bang under my left eye. I turned and saw him holding a glass. Then I realised my face was bleeding!
“Before I could react, someone pulled me to the nearby ambulance where I received medical attention,” said Khutso.
He said he didn’t open a case because he didn’t know the name of the person as he had just met him for the first time in his life.
“After getting medical treatment, I just went straight to the bus and went back to Joburg,” said Khutso.
Sources who saw what happened told Sunday Sun Ntandane was walking side-by-side Khutso.
One source said: “They were having a debate. Then I saw Ntandane hit the unsuspecting man in the face with a glass.”
But another source claimed Ntandane struck when Khutso insulted him about his manhood.
This witness said: “They were having a debate about life – not an argument – and I fail to understand what happened.”
The first source said he had seen the two men drinking during the event.
“They were visibly drunk at the time when the bus was about to leave,” said the source.
A third witness said: “On their way to the bus, they were arguing about a certain lady but I didn’t hear what they were talking about her.”
Neither Ntandane nor Isibaya publicist, Emma Ngomane, could be reached for comment. They also failed to respond to our SMSes.
