Okay, maybe they don't work in Hollywood? But in Mzansi, love seems to be a winner.

We've seen Sthandiwe and Tony Kgoroge making their marriage work for 14 years, and Kgomotso and Calvin Christopher sticking to their vows for 11 years.

Now Tumi Morake is celebrating six years of marriage with her husband and baby daddy Mpho Osei-Tutu.

The Our Perfect Wedding host and comedian took to Instagram to thank her partner for sticking with her for all these years. Tumi Morake posted on Instagram
“I didn’t marry you because you were perfect. I didn’t even marry you because I loved you. I married you because you gave me a promise. That promise made up for your faults. And the promise I gave you made up for mine. Two imperfect people got married and it was the promise that made the marriage." 6 years of love, laughter, learning and growing. In an interview with The Citizen last year, Tumi said about their wedding: "Our wedding was not perfect but that makes me treasure it even more. It had its hiccups and drama, joy and elation. More importantly it had all my favourite people there, which meant the world to me."
