OMG!!! Baby Dumped at RADIO STATION. When a passerby heard a baby crying behind the offices of Kangala FM, he thought he was hearing things.
At first he ignored the cries but after a while, he realised they were real and made a shocking discovery.
A newborn baby was found at the radio station in Ekangala, Tshwane on Friday morning!
Cullinan police spokeswoman Constable Connie Moganedi said the baby was wrapped in a blanket and laid on the grass.
She said the passerby thought what he was hearing could be a cat but immediately phoned the cops when he discovered the child.
The baby was taken to Mamelodi Hospital and was given a clean bill of health.
Constable Nomsa Sindane, who was not on duty on the day, was called to the scene and brought clothes for the baby.
Constable Monagedi confirmed a case of child neglect was opened.
She asked residents who might have information about the mum to contact her on 079 695 1388.
