A year after she left popular soapie Muvhango, actress Simphiwe Ngema is making a return to TV screens with a role on Mzansi Magic's Greed and Desire
The actress has been teasing a TV return for some time now and took to Instagram on Monday to put her fans out of their misery.
Posting a picture of herself with the cast and crew of the show, Simz wrote: "My new Family! Greed&Desire lets have fun. Come with me, let's take this journey together".
Simz revealed that she will play the role of a character named Noni Ndlovu.
Reflecting on her journey on the show so far, Simz wrote that acting is her passion and that she can't wait for fans to meet her character.
"I'm having so much fun playing this character, what you see is not what you get. Can't wait for you guys to meet her," she wrote.
Simz left Muvhango late last year amidst reports that the show's creators had deemed her character, Thuli, as "useless".
"God has bigger plans for me and I felt it was the right time for me to leave and grow," she told Mo Flava in an interview on Metro FM at the time.
