There seems to be no peace in sight for the public broadcaster on Monday. Hours after the resignation of the SABC’s acting CEO, Jimi Matthews, Thabo Molefe has decided to follow suit.
IOL reported that the charismatic and opinionated DJ has resigned from Metro FM. In a resignation letter dated 21 June that the publication has seen, ‘Touch’ thanks the SABC for “the time and efforts in building my TV and radio career.”
“Please accept this letter as my formal resignation from Metro FM,” the letter read.
We wonder who will take over from this coveted spot.
